I coordinated and developed training programs and materials for new and existing analysts related to financial planning and tax. I worked closely with management teams on the onboarding process and to also track their associates' progression through training requirements in order for them to successfully perform their jobs. I delivered both technical and practical training to associates. I was able to evaluate training needs across departments in order to assist with implementing appropriate programs as needed.

I managed a staff of approximately 45 analysts. In this role, I coordinated their training, provided feedback and assisted them with career development. I also wrote and delivered performance reviews. I worked directly with the management team on recruiting, staffing allocations, compensation decisions and employee relation issues. I was a resource for technical issues and participated in the preparation and review of complex income tax returns for clients.

I worked on an advisor team servicing high net worth individuals and corporate executives. I prepared complex tax returns as well as financial exhibits.

In this role, I helped establish new client engagements and maintained client data.
