My role includesReview General Permit to Work (GPTW) requests and processing through all mandatory stages via a secure web based GPTW system (Engica Q4). Ensure all information provided by the contractor is accurate and the nature of the activity clear and concise. Assess if the scope of work requires a UXO ALARP sign off certificate.Determine if simultaneous operations be carried out alongside the activity or if the nature of the work requires exclusive access.Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements and / or Work Packs to ensure the documentation has been accepted by the Principal Contractor in accordance with the Innogy in-house RAMS review process (Ecodoc), whilst confirming the stated RAMS cover the scope of work.Evaluate and clarify if the GPTW requires a secondary CHILD certificate for any higher risk works, adding additional specific task, vessel control measures and / or limitations to render the activity safe to commence.Deliver GPTW training ensuring all contractors fully understand how to request, accept, surrender and work complete a GPTW. Creating user accounts and passwords. Prepare for the daily Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) meeting, attended by Galloper Wind Farm Package Managers and contractors. Collating all work plans for the following 24 hours including GPTW and Senior Appointed Person requirements. Highlighting all potential clashes which in turn will be discussed during the meeting. Chair meeting on an adhoc basis. Develop and maintain various project databases.
