Led a total of 61 locations across 12 States and multiple districts in salon operations.Coached and Developed the Salon Managers to drive sales and profit in my AOR in partnership with store leadership and district leaders. Consistently drove top quartile results across my AOR.Drove overall profitability through streamlining payroll and implementing stronger scheduling and recruiting top talent. Managed salary costs for the Northeast Region which included 198 locations across 14 districts. Each store ranged in sales volume from 3 million to 55+ million.Responsible for forecasting salary budgets for stores and managing payroll dollars to ensure plans were met. Consistently met and exceeded payroll plans in my AOR.Supported the Regional Manager and District Leaders in identifying underperforming locations and provided support to do deep dives to identify underlying issues that impacted performance. Worked on special projects involved in updating training for payroll management and identifying salary cost opportunities within departments where long-term payroll savings could be made.

Stepped in to lead a $25 million dollar store while the store leader was out on medical leave. Responsible for Day to Day operations including driving the overall customer experience through execution of company programs.

Led HR operations for $60 million dollar flagship location in Manhattan. Led Management team to staff and train 700+ associates. Responsible for maintaining salary costs and developing talent for roles of increased responsibility.

Responsible for the Support Operations and HR of $21 Million dollar location. Responsible for staffing and training, store environment, managing expenses and overall customer experience of both the store and $850,000 salon.

Responsible for the overall visual presentation of $33 million dollar store. While in position led a full remodel of the store. Responsible for day to day support operations of the store and had up to 90 direct reports during peak season.

As a trainee I went through a management development program that trained me on how to run a Big Box retail location. The program was a 4 month- 2 year program and I was promoted at the 4 month mark to a Set Execution Manager.
