-Lead the implementation effort of the Global ERP System by partnering with Business Leaders to ensure the new processes drive value and support Shaw's strategy.-Establish strong partnerships with solution providers and external consultants enabling a successful implementation and ongoing support.-Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders (both internal and external) to establish the implementation roadmap for the Global ERP.-Actively promote the utilization of the Global ERP to address software solution needs ensuring Shaw is fully leveraging the investments made. -Oversee the design, configuration/development, testing, installation, and support of the software solutions for the corporate Administrative functions.

-Lead the design, development, installation, and support of the software solutions for the corporate Sales, Marketing, and Administrative functions.-Drive innovation concerning how technology can be utilized to help create a competitive advantage and drive maximum business value for Shaw. -Demonstrate strategic business leadership by regularly bringing key insights and value that help the business define and successfully accomplish goals, strategies, and initiatives.-Ensure enterprise perspective is applied when identifying software solutions enabling Shaw to fully leverage technology assets

-Focused on ensuring the technology solutions implemented provide the functionality needed for the business, but remain enterprise focused. This approach helps to better leverage these assets across the entire organization reducing the overall technology spend.-Responsible for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive IS applications strategy.-Provide vision and leadership for the creation, support and compliance of systems development processes and standards.-Oversee the design, development, installation and support for Enterprise Level business applications.Assure IS Application alignment with business goals and objectives.
