I love working with people. I am seeking a position that will not only allow me to do what I love to do which is care for people and take time to meet their specific needs, but also allow me to have time with my family at home. I have worked with Fitzgibbon Hospital for many years right out of nursing school. I have a proven record of reliability and accountability. I have worked in almost every unit in the hospital including OB, Med surg, ICU, behavior unit, alzheimer's unit and the geriatric department. I have worked with both young and elderly people. I have the ability to remain calm during critical events and have passion during trialing times. I was previously working on med surg unit, where I would pass medications, do Pt care, computer documentation, Pt admissions, IV starts, IV fluids and antibiotics, Pt education under the direct supervision of a RN. I am currently in an outpatient setting where I schedule appointments, room Patients, take vitals, assess needs, report to Dr and do Pt education, and computer documentation. I am a very quick learner and work well with others.
