• Support Lawson Account Payable Workflow (APWF) system as the Sr. Product Analyst and Subject Matter Expert. This system facilitates the approval of an average of 265,000 invoices per month and supports 9,700 end users. The APWF application is a portal application written in COBOL, Java, Java Script, Lawson S3/PFI, IPA/Landmark Process Flow, with DB2 databases and executes on a Unix platform. • Work closely with the client, project managers, business analyst, development team, QA team, system administrators, Lawson security team, database administrators, job scheduling team, our customer support team and all other teams for systems that we interface with.• Troubleshoot, triage and resolve incidents for system issues and second level support for end users.• Work closely with the Business Analyst and technical teams to provide information and feedback to aid in the development of the business and functional requirements for development efforts.• Document and prioritize any system issues identified and work with development and other support teams to resolve.• Track progress of projects and issues to keep everyone informed of the current status of any system issues and our client’s top priorities.• Provide support for facility COID go-lives, acquisitions, mergers and divestments. As Systems Analyst•Supported Tennessee’s Child Support Enforcement System (TCSES) for DHS. The TCSES application is written in AllFusion Gen and COBOL which executes on an MVS/OS mainframe. TCSES has 1,000 end users, 500 online screens, 3,700 COBOL programs, 475 DB2 tables. •Managed projects such as Federal Case Registry (FCR) Reconciliation, Child Support Lien Network (CSLN) Extract, PSI Vendor Extract for Stratification Federal Grant Project, Finalist software upgrades, AllFusion Gen upgrade, SSA-NAME3 (phonetic name search) software upgrade, VIP Project to replace Family Assistance system, Locate Diary Archive, participant in the TCSES Modernization Project as a SME, several projects geared to improve Child Support’s federal performance measures, and a project to move monthly statements to the Child Support website to save money on postage. •Performed business, system and data analysis; adhere to Federal, State and Department standards, policies and procedures; documented information and requirements gathered, including data flow diagrams, process flows, screen/report/file layouts; prepared estimates/project plan/timeline; utilized internal Software Development Methodology to manage projects.•Reviewed project team’s deliverables, including formal detailed design and program code reviews and unit testing results.•Developed and executed detailed system test plans; documented test results; documented, tracked and resolved any issues identified during testing; verified all program and JCL changes worked properly and met the business requirements.•Frequently managed multiple projects as well as provided production support for the TCSES system, including researching and resolving production issues, answering questions for the customer and other team members, providing ad-hoc reporting and documenting system issues.•Provided support for numerous Federal, State and Vendor interfaces. •Participated in peer design and program code reviews on other deve
