Principal duties include managing on-boarding of new employees, point of contact for employee relations, direct recruitment efforts for mid-management to senior level positions, organizational development, training and reporting.- Recruiting for full-time and part-time faculty and staff, senior positions- Developing performance review including creating training materials- Website development and management- Collaboration with supervisors and managers developing position descriptions - Assess, recommend and implement internal HR processes or policy changes
