For the last several years I have served as Lead Service Coordinator and Trainer with the Immigrant Services and Connections (ISAC) program. It has been an honor to be part of the JFCS Refugee & Immigrant Services team for more than 12 years.I at JFCS after completing my MSW at the University of Pitt. I had the opportunity to be part of the team that designed the ISAC program and spent the last few years training and consulting with the service coordinators working at our ISAC partner agencies as well as external service providers.I have presented workshops on diversity and inclusion, cultural competency and humility at many regional, state and national conferences. I was selected multiple times to present at the National Service Providers Conference including this year when she presented a workshop on Trauma Informed Care with Refugee and Immigrant Communities, which more than 80 people attended (the highest attended workshop at the four-day conference). Previously• Coordinate employment services for refugees and international populations • Coordinate and facilitated Refugee Healthy Families Program and other educational programs• Supervise AmeriCorps Service Members and interns in relation to above programs • Implement evaluation measures across programs to ensure effectiveness • Develop and maintained community collaboration across programs with local, state and national agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and for-profit employer prospects• Maintain federal, state, and local grants documentation in accordance with programs using • Manage staff to ensure grant outcomes are being met.• Create acculturation, transportation, and job readiness programming for international populations
