Primarily responsible for Cash and Investment Management in order to support the liquidity needs for the organization and subsidiaries. In addition, oversees the Corporate Risk Insurance program and Accounts Payable, Payroll, Credit Card Payment processing (E - Payment) and Accounts Receivable (Billing, Cash Applications and Collections) operations.

Responsible for all cash management of parent and subsidiaries, $900 million credit facility and and debt covenant compliance, pension and VEBA funds, cash forecasting and corporate risk insurance.•Streamlined cash management bank system from a decentralized of over 50 separate reporting entities to a centralized cash management system utilizing cash management tools and restructuring bank relationships in conjunction with implementing a new merchant card provider which significantly reduced costs.•Significantly reduced number of excess bank accounts and implemented the use of cash management products to eliminate idle balances, significantly reduced company’s interest expense, reduced bank fees, increased collection float and increased process efficiencies.•Introduced and implemented Interest Rate Swaps which hedged and protected the company against volatile interest rate movements with the $900 million credit facility.

Managed all domestic and international cash management and Corporate Risk Insurance for parent, client and subsidiary operations. Responsible for all bank (credit and non-credit) relationships. Responsible for selecting investment vehicles for over $1 billion assets under management. Negotiated asset based lending and financing arrangements including Letters of Credit and repurchase agreements for domestic and international operations and ensured all debt covenant compliances were met. Prepared daily borrow base reports for asset based lending activities to satisfy short term borrowing needs. Oversaw the Accounts Receivable, Payable and Payroll departments•Designed, structured, and implemented cash management operations for domestic and international operations of parent company and client accounts with new bank relationships and cash management tools for optimal cash utilization.•Negotiated and placed credit facilities with international banks to finance crude oil commodity trading margins.•Negotiated and placed asset based lending facilities for lumber and precious metal commodity trading margins•Worked with lead bank to design and implement new investment portal to gain access to hundreds of mutual funds for short term investments
