• Review existing process and create training and reference material• Manage existing relocation real estate portfolio and support the recruitment process• Train new relocation real estate clerk and administration staff• Develop new operational procedures with the key objective being reorganization

• Review current office process for redundancy, inefficiency and lack of protocol. • Summarize and report on the findings, including a strategy to streamline office process and practice. • Implement new reporting practices to enable the harvest of existing client information for practical use and future development.• Create training and reference material, mentor staff as individually required, construct a group training platform, deliver cross training with an emphasis on a more balanced and established team.

• Oversee the daily management of the office in an effective, efficient manner that provided for optimal productivity. • Establish office policy in compliance with the LSUC, Human Rights Charter and Employment Canada standards.• Create training materials and implement an operational process that ensured office efficiency while factoring in a cost benefit analysis matrix.• Manage and develop staff for continued growth within the organization.• Chair regular staff meetings to ensure that upcoming targets were delivered and “buy-in” from the team was guaranteed, and to review any past obstacles to success to ensure that the there were resolutions in place and utilize previous efforts as a growth strategy for the entire team.• Summarize CLE material and break it down for delivery and further training to the team. • Administer payroll and HR to personnel.• Develop departmental projections based on previous growth patterns, trends in the housing market and sales strategy. • Manage multi-million dollar and relocation real estate portfolios (on average 30 transactions per month).• Complete title searches in both the land titles and land registry system, review surveys and required off title searches, compile results into requisitions for delivery as required within the allotted time frame.

• Supervise a staff of twenty employees in a call centre setting.• Monitor staff performance to ensure department targets were met.• Review staff production for quality assurance, track productivity, monitor growth and development needs and deliver feedback to individuals in a regular structured monthly individual mentor meeting.• Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for upper management ensuring productivity, efficiency and profit within the department.• Attend regular multidiscipline management meetings to deliver projections based on accumulated findings.
