Current- Responsible for achieving sales goals in TX through distributor network
- Develop sales programs, key performance initiatives, and incentives with distributor
- Analyze sales data, manage performance, and the tracking and execution of programs
- Collaborate with multiple internal partners, including our sales team, brand team, finance team and field marketing team
- Manage multiple external partners including the distributor, broker, and agencies
- Conduct sales meetings and training
