*Assist in Business Process Improvement, Internal Structure and Organization•Function in a global and virtual atmosphere interacting with 20+ interns*Lead and manage the onboarding program for Interns walking them thru onboarding tasks, acclimating them with their respective work groups and mentors, maintain hours of work/participation, act as a liason with their respective mentors and mentor overall operation•Perform business development research with final recommendations re: Webinars and profitability, hospitality market research and recent acquisitions and new entrants•Interview intern candidates and managed the online intern application area•Test, build and evaluate possible new online programs for group collaboration and work area•Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing prompt, efficient and friendly service for all of a clients personal insurance and financial needs; by educating clients, presenting proposals and guiding through product knowledge.•Direct and assist with underwriting processes to ensure timely issuance and quoted rates of policies.•Coordinate soliciting of raw new and current clients’ business.•Assist with marketing efforts and developing business relationships with local car dealers, apartment complexes and other relative business networks.•Assist with and manage annual growth planning using SMART goal approach and previous sales and growth data.•Coordinate office procedures and efforts for successful marketing and growth; track and monitor efforts of office staff and marketing strategies; business meetings.•Manage office calendar including employee training opportunities, time off, sales appointments and district meetings.•Maintain high ethical standards and CE credits required for state licensing standards as well as the organization’s benefit.
