Traveled full time as a representative of Zeta Tau Alpha, visiting universities across the country to train, motivate and mentor sorority leaders. Assessed chapter operations, providing creative solutions and goals in the areas of leadership development, membership recruitment and organization management. Facilitated interactive, values-based workshops with groups ranging from 40-300 members, addressing areas of student life, including diversity, mental health, goal setting, inclusivity, and academics. Maintained regular e-mail communication with supervisors, and submitted timely, written visit reports, expense reports, and time logs.

Accompanied physicians or licensed practitioners for patient examinations in the Emergency Department in order to transcribe a history and physical examination as given by the patient and healthcare professional. Documented history of present illness, past medical history, review of systems, medications, social history, family history, allergies and/or other elements of the patient chart. Documented any procedures performed by the physician or licensed independent practitioner, or nurses in medical charts. Transcribed any consultations or discussions with family and/or the patient’s private physician or the on-call physician. Gathered laboratory results, radiology results, medical records and other data for review by the physician or licensed practitioner.Continuously checked on the progress of this data in order to get the patient’s workup complete so that the physician or licensed independent practitioner is able to make treatment decisions. Continuously communicated with physicians and licensed practioners in order to assist with and gain approval of medical charts.
