As the Director of Operations at FPC of Concord, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of a leading recruitment firm that specializes in placing top talent for the chemical industry. I manage a team of recruiters, researchers, and administrative staff, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service and results to our clients and candidates. I also leverage my education and mentoring expertise to train and coach new and existing employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the University of Tennessee. Before joining FPC of Concord, I worked as a clinical standardized patient at Lincoln Memorial University, where I simulated various medical conditions and scenarios for the education and assessment of medical students. I also have experience as a science teacher at Knox County Schools, where I taught biology, chemistry, and physics to middle school students, using innovative and engaging methods to spark their curiosity and passion for science. I am passionate about education, mentoring, and research, and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to help others succeed in their careers and goals.
