Manage a team of strategic account specialist that focuses on the oversight of a client's portfolio while they use the Auction.com platform. My focus was on improving performance for our clients from a holistic standpoint. We continue to bring buyers and sellers closer together, because interaction across both sides of the transaction unleashes the power of the marketplace. This includes monitoring the performance of said assets and maintaining the relationships with the clients. Operational efficiency, internal collaboration and data integrity/reporting are some of my personal responsibilities. Creating and pitching new products and ideas to clients is one of the many ways we drive performance and create revenue. • Proactively identifies negative trends and implement steps to correct them for maximum profitability and efficiency• Streamline current processes with each individual client's requirements and develop daily and monthly reporting• Implementation of action plans and reporting necessary to achieve strategic goals, including processes, developing and performance metrics• Develop new process flows, create staff performance reviews, and reviews ways to maximize KPI’s• Focus on identifying performance and operational optimization opportunities for clients and implementation of key client initiatives. Maintained a portfolio that consisted of 225-400 properties by overseeing placement of REO agents, BPO’s, Appraisal’s, Preservation & maintenance. Assessed inventory for unresolved title issues/legal issues, PMI, Hazard claims/violations prior to submitting assets in auction. Reviewed and negotiated pre-auction/auction bids, submitted price reductions, and ensured invoices and monthly expense reports have been sent to accounts payable for processing or paid out on the final HUD.
