With more than twenty years of experience in communication and community outreach, I am passionate about creating and delivering strategic messages that inform, inspire, and connect with diverse audiences. As the Director of Communications at City of Stillwater, I lead the communication and outreach initiatives for the city, working with various stakeholders, legislators, public/private partners, media outlets, and community members to promote the city's vision, civic engagement, values, brand, and goals. Previously, I served as the Director of Communications and Community Outreach at Moore Public Schools, where I developed and implemented effective communication and engagement strategies for the district including bond elections, enhancing its reputation, transparency, relationships, and collaboration. I have a strong background in communication, journalism, crisis communications, public relations, political strategies and advocacy, and strategic communications. I am committed to building relationships and fostering civic engagement through innovative, trustworthy, respectful, and inclusive communication and solutions.
