As a Business Consultant, I work with Entrepreneurs and their teams to build processes, improve communications, accomplish strategic goals and add business value. My focus for the past year has been on process development using a process documenting tool – TruViz - to capture complex business concepts into easy-to-grasp visuals that show exactly who does what, when and how, I leverage my knowledge of business and love of processes to help my clients enhance communications, define roles and responsibilities, increase alignment and improve efficiencies. Additionally, I am the Vice President of vNacelle Operations which includes all aspects of Vendor selection and contract management; Sub-contractor support for consulting services, invoice processing, and website support; Accounts Receivables; Human Resources including handbook development, vacation coordination, employee support; plus, any additional tasks as needed by team/owner. I also develop and document processes for client communications, consultant communications and training of consultants. I have developed several training programs and used these programs to train vNacelle consultants. As Project Coordinator, I manage over 25 client projects including translate contract into milestones and tasks, create and deliver strategic documents, coordinate monthly meetings with multiple consultants and multiple clients, track services delivered per contract, bill client and reconcile payments.
