I am honored to once again serve as an appointed member of the Governing Board of the Central Nine Career Center. Central Nine Career Center is dedicated to providing its students from its 9 local high schools with life changing career and technical educational experiences, assisting them in meeting Graduation Pathway requirements and leading them to the workforce and college as informed, innovative, and professional citizens with career goals. Students have twenty-seven programs, in seven different areas of study to chose from. These professional programs offer college credit, certification, and other resume advancement opportunities.

Chief of Staff, Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services 2013 - 2016Supported programs and staff within Vocational Rehabilitation, Medicaid Waiver, Group Homes and early intervention.· Developed a culture that allowed for the development of policies and best practices that compassionately support individuals with disabilities, while meeting fiscal responsibilities-Oversight of policies and procedures to ensure that individuals serviced received quality services as regulated by state and federal regulations- Regular communication and presentation with legislators Director early intervention, First Steps 2002 - 2013Direct management and oversight of Indiana's early intervention program. Responsible for policy development, federal and state reporting and financial management of $74M program serving 24,000 families. Implemented policies for statewide family and child assessment. Early childhood consultant 1995 - 2002Provided support to early childhood and child care programs, including policy development, inspections, investigations. Instrumental in systems development.
