Was responsible for delivering the network development strategy and support bureaux, remotely managing a team of eight Network Development Managers, identifying issues with member bureaux and deciding on any corrective action or development activities required, agreeing the scope of interventions and ensuring consistent project development and implementation. My role includes:- Ensuring six month risk assessments are undertaken with all assigned bureaux and deciding on appropriate support strategies.- Overseeing the production of project plans to ensure positive buy in, reviewing progress and outcomes, developing best practice and deploying specialists to assist on projects as required. - Resolving issues, deciding on referrals to the Membership and Standards Committee, moderating reports, applying consistent recommendations and ensuring appropriate review.- Planning and allocating work, monitoring achievement of deadlines and ensuring all Managers are supported to work with bureaux and other stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of Citizens Advice objectives at corporate level.- Providing support and advice to Bureaux on matters relating to funding, governance, strategic management and public relations.- Raising awareness of the CAB service, facilitating partnership work, protecting the reputation of the brand and exercising a responsible influence over policy makers.
