As an Project Manager, my responsibilities include ensuring my clients' critical business needs are addressed with the solution we are setting up for them. This includes analysis of their current business processes with an eye towards measurable improvements allowing them to focus more of their attention on strategic business initiatives. Working with large national and multi-national clients, I am tasked with delivering innovative rules based solutions to facilitate future growth with a minimum of system administrator intervention. I have worked with clients ranging in size from 1,000 to over 40,000 employees across a wide range of industries. My primary area of specialization is HRIS, with a concentration on Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting and Payroll and their integration with HR. I am also responsible for all aspects of the client experience from analysis through conversion including data optimization, end to end testing of the system and interfaces with vendors to ensure a successful go live and transition into the service arena.Prior to moving to our Implementation group, I was involved in our Learning Development organization in a variety of roles. I created training materials, delivered functional and technical courses to our associates as well as clients. I successfully managed over 35 employees in 3 different locations.For many years, I have serves as a subject matter expert/mentor to other associates when they have questions about their projects or training issues. I help them strategize to find creative solutions to their clients' needs. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out ways to make our systems work to accommodate the client's needs and simplify their ongoing processes.
