Remote Position reporting to the Stefanini Director of Operations to implement Corporate Operation Procedures and managing processes for on-shore and off-shore-shore Applications Development Teams, Testing Teams and Project Managers. Adhere to departmental guidelines related to budgeting and managing budgets on an ongoing basis. Responsible for assisting in developing forecasts and tracking both capital and expense budgets for application or functional area. Accountable for establishing and implementing Operation process standards and best practices to ensure the highest degree of Application Development quality. Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed including but not limited to Statement of Work Standards, Project Management Standards, Project Initiation Standards, Planning Standards, Development Coding Standards , Development Deployment Standards, Testing Standards and Project Closure Standards. Accountable for service delivery to clients with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and productivity. Oversee high risk projects to implement conflict negotiations to assure Client satisfaction. High success rate of resolving project conflict and winning future business with the Clients and overseeing service delivery application support, desktop support and the service desk run effectively. Manage direct reports across and manage day to day operations, processes, timeline, budget, and assure quality services are delivered to development projects. Lead Client on-site visits on an on-going bases to conduct monthly resource touch base meetings, Client QBR Meetings as well as lead Executive QBR meetings to assure Client satiation.

Manage complete life cycle for Multibillion/million (over 15 billion) dollar Settlement Programs with Database/Application Builds for Review and Payments Programs. Responsible for creating a full cycle Business Requirements for SQL Database development for all Programs. Create Database and Application Project Design, Development of SQL Databases and Mock .Net Applications to interface with multiple Database platforms. Assure all Federal Audit and Legal Judgment guidelines are met for each Database/Application build. Work closely with Lawyers, Directors and Lead Decision Makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects for all Projects. Responsible for Business Requirement Documents including but not limited to Process Flow Mock Up, Work Flow Charts, Infrastructure Mockup based on Conceptual, logical and/or physical scheme, Application Screen Mockups, Business Requirements, Functional Requirement and Technical Requirements Documentation for full life cycle. Accountable for creating all Post Production Corporate Compliance Documentation including Process and Procedures Documents. Also responsible for three phase testing cycle to assure all business requirements are met.

Job duties include but not limited to Project Management for development of SQL Databases and Applications to interface with multiple Database platforms, responsible for multiple Project workloads and being the Liaison between the business units involved in the Project including lead and control meetings with the Business Unit Sponsors. Responsible for Business Requirement Documents, Project Charters, Project Plans, Functional Requirement Documentation, Statement of Work Documentation, Application Screen Mockups, Process Flow Mock Up, Develop Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Work Flow Charts, Infrastructure Mockup based on Conceptual, logical and/or physical scheme, Also responsible for Creating all Post Production Compliance Documentation including but not limited to Database Diagrams, User Manuals as well Training Manuals and leading Training Sessions and Process and Procedures Documents. Work closely with decision makers working within other Projects to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects for all Project.

Part of the Merger/Integration Team, merging Wachovia Bank to Wells Fargo Bank. Responsible for SharePoint Development, Project Management, SSRS Metrics/Reporting and Infrastructure Support for Consumer Deposit & Analysis Systems, Corporate Technology & Data Services, Funding, Technology Infrastructure Services, Technology Governance Services, Enterprise Availability Coordination Office, Risk Management/Compliance, Corporate Finance and Corporate HR. Work with various CIO Teams to deliver end-to-end hosting services to the LOB. Responsible for managing Service Requests from beginning-to-end as well as handling Sizing Requests for new Hardware/Software Environments from Executive Representatives and working with Systems to include but not limited to Asset Management, Encompass 360, TROG (Tech Refresh), PTP (Project Tracking Portal), Crest (Comprehensive Reporting Estimating Sizing Tool) and IRQ Support, Decommissioning, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning. Also responsible for the implementation of any Enterprise-wide or Corporate SDT specific project which encompasses multiple CIO’s or LOB’s. These projects are both software and hardware related.

Project Management and Business Systems Analyst role for project including but not limited to: Agile Development Environment, Waterfall Model development, Iterative Development, VB .NET Development, ADO.NET Development, ASP.NET Development (Web Forms), Windows Forms Development, GUI Control, Erwin, and ER/Studio, Development SQL Server Development, SSRS Reporting, Crystal Reports, Web Page Development including but not limited to DHTML,XHTML,PHP, MySQL, HTML, and Flash Projects. Create Automated Unit Tests that define code requirements, Liaison between clients and users throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle, Define Processes and Procedures, Gather Data Requirements, Write Business Requirements, Analyzes and resolves technological issues and Lead Testing Environment Stage, Evaluation of upgrades or adaptive maintenance activities. Reporting in a multi database environment using stored procedures on a multi-level platform and Adhoc Environment.

Corporate Liaison for Broke and Mortgager Support Team including Corporate Travel, , Corporate Compliance, Sox Compliance, Corporate Audit, Government Audit, IT Vendor Management Team for third party Broker Vendor Negations. Liaison between clients/users throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle applying Agile Development.
