Oversee high risk Operational monitoring activities with a focus on all loan-related control monitoring activities to support our Commercial, Mortgage and Retail delivery teams. Evaluate QC processes to move similar work to the same workflows and to identify areas of specialization that are needed to appropriately manage the organization’s risk profile. Responsible for direct supervision of two teams: the Commercial Post Close Review team that reviews commercial loan documents within established SLAs and the Commercial Loan Tickler Management Team that handles setting up system reminders for required financial documents, required insurance and any necessary annual reviews and/or exceptions, Both teams cover the following financial units: Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Small Business Banking, Ag Lending, SBA and Private Banking.Provide direct oversight of the teams which includes serving as a subject matter expert on credit policy and guidelines, establishing monthly review requirements based on established risk parameters, and executing baseline coaching to team members in accordance with organization and department goals.Provide guidance to team members regarding bank policies, procedures, and guidance, and development and execution of projects related to the Commercial Post Close team.

Perform post close review duties in order to fully understand and stay up to date with processes and procedures, which allows for increased knowledge of process issues, system constraints, daily workloads and workflow. Completion of complex post close functions within the department under limited supervision which includes problem solving, review of exception reports, ticklers, non-critical checkback and post close review. Serve as subject matter expert for commercial loan documentation; collateral perfection of business/agricultural purpose credits; FIS IBS host system and commercial operations processes.
