Account Receivable - Credit verification and analysis, process payments, general ledger, process invoices, credits, aging reports, provide receivable forecasts, weekly sales reports, manage receivable insurance limits as well as credit limits and terms, make collection and demand calls when needed.Import & Export Administrator - process paperwork for drivers to import and export product, process notification to CFIA, provide information and support for any and all clearances, NAFTA knowledge, FDA management, CFIA annual permits, CTPAT -PIP management, complete ACE E-manifests andACI manifest, keep fluid communications with Customs Brokers. As well, I complete and manage all company licenses and permits for operations. Completion of monthly and quarterly filings for MNR and IFTA. Provide training on Sage and Truck clearance programs. I also review and audit drivers logs as well maintain a filing system approved by MTO.
