My mission is to enable customer success and satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and training programs, as well as acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.I have developed strong competencies in team motivation, relationship building, and adaptability, which allow me to collaborate effectively in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments. I am skilled in fielding phone calls, providing information, and resolving issues, as well as organizing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and events. I have also contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that enhanced the efficiency, productivity, and innovation of the service and training department.
