Director Of Operations, Veteran Experience Center
CurrentResponsible for managing the operational activities of the Veteran Experience Center. The Center is charged with collecting and analyzing Bereaved Family Survey (BFS) data for both operational and research study use in order to improve end-of-life care for Veterans and their families. Activities include statistical computing and application of statistics in the planning, execution and reporting of BFS results, developing innovative approaches to measurement of health services processes and outcomes where current methods are inadequate or nonexistent, planning and managing daily operations for VEC with the Director and project team: supervising staff, planning meetings, managing budgets, etc., and building effective relationships with all Hospice and Palliative Care leadership and clinical staff.
