Skilled at “building the plane as we fly it,” I am an experienced IT Transformation Leader with a demonstrated history of revolutionizing business outcomes, enabled by technology. Additionally, skilled in Design Thinking, Agile development, Dev/Ops Management, and IT Service Management, rounding out my background, I completed computer science studies at The University of the West Indies, Mona, and leadership training at Thayer Leader Development Group. As CTO, I am forming a team that will be responsible for building a new enterprise architecture, evolving the online ordering experience, and redefining the workforce enablement platform that will transform the way the company operates. This is an exciting time to be joining the Freebirds Tribe as an IT professional, as we will be integrating the newer more advanced technologies, working in the cloud, and building a more robust e-commerce platform to support off-premise revenue channels.
