Create both DC and vendor supplied orders for project stores while maintaining a 97% in stock level for store soft opens. Anticipate inventory opportunities for project stores and provide alternate direction to ensure a full inventory presentation is achieved.Partner with vendors and buyers to assure quality control and prompt delivery of inventory to stores.Work cross functionally with category management teams to reach resolutions on open field requests; inform teams of recurring requests and provide solutions.

Foster positive and professional relationships with senior executives, by providing timely feedback and accurate information Manage the logistics for IM’s travel and store visits, special events, presentations, town hall meetings and American Heart Association fund-raisersReconcile monthly IM budget with the department variance detail report
