Dawn is an aspirational, enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated leader with substantial experience in further education, of which over 20 years have been spent within the Specialist College sector. Dawn has experience of both Residential and Day provision (Ofsted and CQC regulated activity) with a proven track record of substantive whole College improvement. Dawn possesses substantial experience of multidisciplinary and multiagency working to secure best outcomes for people with SEND.Dawn is motivated to drive forward quality improvement, research and development initiatives across education, health and care sectors to positively impact on expectations, experiences and life outcomes for all students with additional needs.
