In home dog training services, providing behavioral modification, assistance dog training, basic obedience

Assisting pet owners in choosing the appropriate training path for their dog. Promoting positive reinforcement training obedience classes and private lessons.

Temperament testing, identifying health status. Developing and implementing behavior modification plans. Daily care for dogs including: administering medications and vaccinations, kennel enrichment, socializing and training. Counseling potential adopters, matching appropriate dogs with adopters, instructing new dog owners on specific needs of their new dog and training recommendations. Following up with new dog owners to ensure adoption success. Responsible for answering Canine Behavior Hot-line. Teaching obedience classes on an as needed basis. Training, overseeing up to 10 volunteers per shift.

Providing customer service: generating estimates, writing contracts, selling professional installation services. Consistently achieving sales and margin budgets.

Training new employees to operate power equipment and work all aspects of the flooring department. Consistently among the top 25 flooring sales specialists within district. Helping customers determine required materials to complete do-it-yourself projects and assisting them in gathering needed materials.
