A wide range of responsibilities including -Overseeing all the Finance functions for Oury Clark and their associated businesses; Managing the Finance team, their recruitment, training and progression;Producing and managing cashflow forecasts and budgets;Designing and producing KPI and Management Reporting; Bank Administrator and primary compliance contact;Managing new software and systems implementations including producing training guides and procedures manuals; Assisting with all operational matters including facilities, premises and HR management of the business

Responsibilities included:-Provision of monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting;Presentation of quarterly trading and financial results to the Board;Management of the Finance Department along with the recruitment, training and appraisal of staff;Preparation of statutory accounts, annual budgets and VAT returns;Active member of the Group Risk Committee and senior management team;Preparation and maintenance of all Company policy documents;HR, payroll, facilities and office management;Project management on the design of new MI Reporting systems and the establishment of a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan

Responsibilities included:-Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of variances from budget; Preparation of balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, budgets and cashflow forecasts;Commission and bonus calculations;Administration of all Group bank accounts
