I manage and space plan office space of 40,000 sq feet in a prestigious office location, plus boxes at Lloyd's of London and the global offices (8). I have overall responsibility for the management of facilities, reception, mailroom services and corporate fine dining catering services.I lead and manage Business Continuity planning for London and the global offices. I co-ordinate the disaster recovery teams, devise and review the business continuity plans and manage the annual admin, training and testing schedule for all of Chaucer's office locations. A large part of my role includes the management of health and safety for London and the global offices. I develop the policies, procedures and risk assessments, as well as plan the instruction and training of all employees.I am interested in corporate social responsibility and am a member of the Chaucer CSR Committee. We organise charity fund raising events, employee volunteering days and support local charitable and social projects.My greatest achievement was the shell and core fit-out of Chaucer's London and Miami offices.
