Senior member of the Company's EHS leadership team with global responsibility for establishing the strategy, goals, policies and regulatory compliance programs to support vision of premier safety & environmental performance at >50 sites with 13,000 employees. • Designed and executed a world-class safety culture, EHS branding, and life-saving behavior awareness initiatives aimed at returning all employees "Home Safe Every Day". Champion of positive culture and employee engagement through Green Teams, Safety Committees, near-miss/good-catch reporting, behavior-based safety (BBS), improved ergonomics assessments and communication campaigns. • Directly responsible for Division’s EHS compliance, injury prevention, and environmental sustainability programs in support of continued EHS maturity and improved performance and culture.• Provides support for environmental permitting, regulatory compliance and technical training on air, water, waste and spill prevention. Completes permit reviews and tracks non-compliance.• Provides senior level management of Company’s environmental remediation portfolio. Prepares SEC-report information (10K, 10Q, etc.). Forecasts budgets. Participates on project reviews with senior management and external auditors. • Performs onsite and virtual audits of Company’s operations, suppliers and CMOs to confirm compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Completes management system assessments in support of obtaining ISO certifications. Provides improvement recommendations, facility-specific training, and requested assistance.

Held various positions of increasing responsibility.• Delivered significant reductions in KPIs -- LTIR (60%); TIR (46%); GHG emissions (36%); waste to landfill (31%) and water usage (39%).• Led the development and annual update of Company’s EHS strategy, vision, goals and KPIs.• Developed and deployed Company’s EHS management system and risk minimization strategies which resulted in reduced number of injuries, environmental incidents and citations.
