Although I've been performing the duties all along, it wasn't until August 1, 2016 that I became "full time" (giving up my General Merchandise Manager responsibilities) so that I could concentrate more on creating ads, sales & event flyers that qualify for co-op funding, maintaining our new & used bike inventory on our website, creating social media posts, and monitoring all in-bound leads.Since I've been concentrating my efforts in this position, I have increased our e-newsletter open and click through rates, increased our presence on social media, have improved our Google Business score, and have improved the number of leads generated by our website. I'm excited to continue to learn more in this fascinating field and creating more ads!
