I am a Chelsea-award winning designer, currently running my own garden design business. I also write on garden design and children's gardening issues on a freelance basis for publications including the Guardian, the Telegraph, The Garden and other gardening and lifestyle publications. From early 2010 I have also acted as the Gardening Consultant on the award-winning Cbeebies show, Mr Bloom's Nursery, which aims to get children excited about growing their own vegetables and has just broadcast its third series.In addition I write my own blog (www.littlegreenfingers.com) which has had over a million hits to date and features as the family blog on the RHS site (http://www.rhs.org.uk/Children). My second book, 101 Things For Kids To Do Outside, was published by Kyle Books in March 2014 and has been reprinted several times and translated and published in Germany, France, Canada, Hungary and Denmark. Currently there are 70,000 copies in print.101 Things For Kids To Do On Rainy Days was published by Kyle books in October 2015 and is already being translated into German.I have also demonstrated and lectured at BBC Gardeners’ World Live and given talks at the Ideal Home Show in London.
