• Lead a 12:1:3 classroom using Creative Classroom curriculum• Planned daily interactive lessons and incorporate art, music and cooking• Developed quarterly and annual IEP reports for every student• Worked with children with speech delays, learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities, and behavioral issues

• Guide and counsel students with adjustment or academic problems, and special academic interests• Modify and implement the general education curriculum for special-needs high school students, based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies• Teach socially acceptable behavior, employing techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement• Collaborate with other professionals to discuss individual students' needs and progress
