I assist student who reside on campus with successfully completing the Job Corps program. I assist students with staying focused on goals, obtaining HSD, drivers license, peer relationships, employability skills, and life.

I work with youth between the ages of 16-24. In my current position I work with youth who have disability accommodations due to diagnosed disabilities through IEP's and 504 plans. I ensure that all accommodations are met for the youth. I also proctor TABE (Testing of Adult Basic Education) tests to better assist the youth in Math and Reading skills. I work with staff members to assist students with accommodations campus wide.

Provide support for chemists/scientist at Eli Lilly as a contract employee. Support provided through making sure glassware is cleaned appropriately, glassware is put away properly and, solvents are stocked as needed. Ensure that payroll is completed, all financials obligations are met for the company, and human resource needs are met for 40 employees. • Provide answers for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and other questions as needed. Complete contract billing to Eli Lilly for the company.• Worked in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks. Completed two-day training for QuickBooks.
