As a Training and Engagement Manager at Dogs Trust Ireland, I support the development and delivery of innovative and impactful learning and engagement for the public. With over 9 years of experience in education and community in the animal welfare sector, I have a passion for creating and facilitating engaging learning experiences that promote animal welfare and responsible dog ownership. I hold a PGCE, and a Master's degree in Animal Behavior and Welfare. I have also completed the Dare to Lead™ training, which equips me with the skills and courage to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment within my team and organisation. My mission is to inspire and educate people to make a positive difference for dogs and their communities.
