I provides support to members of the firm’s Corporate, Banking, Real Estate, Estate/Probate and Cannabis Law practice groups. My duties include loan documentation review; preparing transactional documents, performing transactional and/or loan due diligence; participating in closings; completing post-closing items, including recording and filing all necessary documents; as well as circulating original documents and preparing closing binders for transactional and loan workouts and preparing and filing UCC financing statements and corporate documents. I also assists with asset sales, which includes gathering all required due diligence and schedule items.In the area of real estate law, I prepares comprehensive closing checklists for commercial real estate closings, including acquisitions; and I works directly with the title insurance companies to obtain title commitments and policies. I also orders and reviews title commitments and surveys searches for the preparation of client title and/or survey memos. In coordination with counsel, I drafts, reviews and edits closing documents; assembles and maintains closing binders; creates new corporate entities, applies for Doing Business As filings and tax identification numbers; and drafts and maintains corporate record books.I acts as a liaison between attorneys and clients during the preparation and submission of prequalification process for cannabis business licenses. This includes the preparation process to complete each client's submission. On behalf of trust and estate attorneys, clients and nonprofit foundations, I drafts engagement letters, trusts, durable powers of attorney, patient advocate designations, wills, warranty deeds and property transfer affidavits. I also reviews and prepares financial analysis and accounting long forms for related matters.In the litigation context, I summarizes medical, employment, insurance, other miscellaneous records and depositions for use at trial.

I was responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting, accounts payable, scheduling, special projects and internal and external customer issues. I moved to Assistant to OREO Director in June 2009. I was responsible for designing OREO database, designed all forms to be used in the OREO process and helped write the policy and procedure manual for bank wide distribution. I was the 2008 Service Excellence Club Award recipient, based on performance, work ethic and core values. I also received the very prestigious Heart of Huntington Award that year.
