The main functions are creating and supporting DB or DB like tools to enhance operational processes, scripting application, query/report writing applications and System Admin functions for our applications. Some other responsibilities include support of our Cash Posting applications, Billing applications and the Contract coding in our expected reimbursement systems. . My past Management experience has included managing the Training and QA programs as well as the Internal Audit units which performs quality checks on internal processes and external Vendors. I have worked in several units within Patient Financial Services over the years including Billing, Systems Support, Data Reconciliation, Quality Assurance and Management. Show less
