Assistant to Michael O'Sullivan, Director of Facilities and Landside Design & Construction and Scott Roberts, Director of Capital Planning, Airfield Design & Construction.I assist with the budget, AERO PM, procurement process, travel and expense reports for the entire department, assist with subcomponentization, all correspondence, scheduling, filing protocol, GSI scanning of documents/storage, supplies (ordering/inventory), and setting up new employees in the department to name a few of my responsibilities.

Assistant for the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police. Responsibilities include processing budget, all procurement related items (requisitions, SFQ's, etc.), all expenses, all ordering, Travel and Expense Reports, prepare various statistic reports, prepare Police Staff Meeting documents, power point projects, petty cash, as well as various spreadsheets/charts.
