Responsible to completing and submitting payroll on a timely basis, Keep vacation time for all personnel up to date, assist with benefits and open enrollment. Assist in the hiring of new employees via HireRight, Department of Revenue and E-Verify

Check in new patients, make new patient charts, and verify insurance, collect copayments, bill for services received, daily closing reports and bank deposit.

• Process tuition reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, dependent verification and medigap reimbursement in timely manner• Assumes ownership of caseload within the case management system from creation to payment. Updates other systems as required.• Provide support for annual plan processes including audit and pension statement processes.• Review employee prior pension plan benefits related to company acquisitions.

• Registration of clients and verification of insurance• Scheduling appointments• Back-up cashier and billing for medicaid

• Assist non insured inpatients apply for medical coverage • Familiar with Medicaid and Disability• Work daily database• Registration of emergency room patients, and insurance verification

• Serve as a subject matter expert for time and attendance for union and non union employees• Daily entry of payroll for union and non union employees• Ordering of office supplies • Responsible for all payroll reports weekly and monthly
