Implemented and supported POS systems for merchandise division within The Disneyland Resort. This included product selection, testing documentation, project roll out/implementation and day to day support.• Served as site leader and point of contact for Oracle Retail implementation for two Walt Disney North American Theme Parks; team member for the Go Live implementation for Hong Kong Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland; and project lead for implementation of Oracle Retail for Hong Kong Disneyland.• Implementing high-visibility projects within or under budgets of up to $23 million.• Established critical service programs and support levels, which carefully monitored client satisfaction to ensure quality and reliability in accordance with pre-determined service-level targets. • Leading the development of business-critical strategies, specifically a 5-year plan, fiscal year annual operating plan, and fiscal year capital plan while also providing ongoing management of Theme Park Segment's Strategic Systems Plan. • Collaborating with 200+ end-users to gather business requirements and executing best practices across 250+ sites.
