Developed trusting and compassionate relationships with some of Milwaukee's most vulnerable citizens. Encouraging our friends to become self-reliant by sharing my story of successful recovery and that it can be accomplished by anyone who is willing to work for it. Using motivational interviewing and resources in the community to help them set person-centered, strength based life goals and/or get treatment. Provided evidence to the homeless that they are valued and cared about. Prepared meals and basic human necessities to be delivered. Inventoried, organized and packaged donations from the community.

I utilized my life experience, known resources and education to assist others in creating their own recovery plan. To help them see that it can be done, no matter what. I took great pleasure in helping clients realize their own person-centered goals and strengths, empathizing and that they are worthwhile and valued. I completed daily WRAP plans with peers and prepared client reports to be shared with the team using motivational interviewing. Provided peers and family members with a wide variety of resources in Milwaukee county and surrounding areas. Maintained daily recovery and spiritual healing groups. Created a variety of fun recovery centered games, art projects and events. Most important, I had compassion and empathy for all my peers.

Preformed outstanding customer service that was very professional yet personal. Provided information about product/services, set appts, solicited sales of new accounts and products. Took pleasure and pride in the way I resolved problems beyond expectations, to the point that customers recommended our services to others. Maintained and operated all general office equipment. Fluent MS Suite, computer and internet skills. Created and implemented marketing promotions, brochures, created and maintained company website. Brought sales up over 60% each quarter in the first year of implementing new marketing strategies. Wore many hats within the company, as I became a greater asset to the business on a regular basis.
