• Leads a team made up of 60+ retail reps and 400+ grocery stores in the mid-western part of the country.• Pull bi-weekly reports to check on sales, project assignments, tasks completed, and work history.• Meet weekly goals for Execution, Scheduling, Photo Compliance, and various other categories to maintain financial goals set by Director.• Travel approximately 20% of the week; work from home office remainder of the week• Train new reps on company processes, policies, procedures, and position responsibilities. • Ensure quality execution by conducting store audits and working in the field with Retail Representatives to assess, train, and develop retail skills and knowledge. • Monitor and manage payroll time entries and expenses to maximize territory contribution.

• Work independently to schedule and complete all tasks to meet execution objectives• Service clients in the retail industry through resetting mods/POGs, product placement, rotation, and sales• Communicates effectively with store personnel to accomplish clients’ goals• Flexibility to work independently, in teams projects or with the clients• Completes required training and certifications• Daily computer usage to report sales, completed projects, and clients’ goals met
