In my current role, I serve as an external consultant for FM integrations, working with key stakeholders as part of the company’s Procurement Government Services Team, as well as acting as the subject matter expert on building specifications. I advise clients on key specifications for soft service procurements, coordinating the implementation of public sector procurement processes, ensuring value for money across all contracts policies and procedures. In addition, I work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure service continuity, and monitor delivery for compliance with FM best practices and contract deliverables

Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, with overall accountability for all external Facilities Management contracts, as well as the organization’s in house facilities team, I controlled and managed the £3.1m FM budget, monitoring expenditures, identifying opportunities to reduce cost through increased efficiency, as well as ensuring compliance with government spending controls. By managing, mentoring and motivating the in house facilities team, I helped ensure that all FM processes and activities aligned with the agency’s larger goals and changing priorities. I served as the key point of contact with landlord’s managing agents, external suppliers, assessing performance against KPI targets and implementing corrective actions when warranted. I also worked closely with Procurements team to manage the delivery of all FM supplier contact procurements, ensuring compliance with stipulated Service Level Agreements and government policy guidelines.
