 - Support H.R. strategy and provide H.R. consultancy services to the regional office to ensure business objectives are achieved and smooth organization change  - Interact and liaise with regional general manager and department heads to identify Human Resources needs and provide feedback to H.R. expert teams - Conduct recruitment activities and ensure effective and efficient hiring - Ensure all the H.R. practices and activities compliance with the company policies and local labour legislation - Roll out H.R. programs to recognize best employees and drive performance culture - Communicate and conduct global engagement survey to continuously elevate engagement level  -Organize employee activities to motivate and bring fun to teams  -Daily office administration and facilities maintenance -Participate the projects for cost optimization and vendors integration etc.
