Optimize the test items and settings. 1.6 Manage and give the guidance to MES maintenance about test rule control and adding MES control. 1.7 Construction of the process: the duty definition for each position, scrapping materials, the training process of newcomers, added consumables into the BOM, the FA analysis, automation evaluation1.8 Define and refine the KPIs for each function team, and give quantifiable evaluation indicators1.9 Organize the irregular team building activities; Enable each member to understand and interact with each other, improve teamwork awareness and cohesion2. Create the QRQC team; engineering section coordinate the cross-departmental links, like manufacturing, quality, R&D, software, electronics to lead the problem solutions.3. QBR improvement: provide the corresponding improvement plan and actions.4. Weekly project meetings and periodic gate review for build.

In charge of Apple headphones product development, focus on the process issue, provide short and long term solutions, and drive that happen with the cross functional team’s support; improve the yield rate; optimize the process based on the FA outcomes andgive the CA correspondingly, then follow up the action items and keep tracking till complete activities; attend Apple’s meetings1.1 Pre-build duties: send out a copy of FATP LBU schedule in cooperation with EPM, AMEs; complete the assembly fixtures and test machines buyoff report, meanwhile, approved by Apple DRIs; organize the PEs to finish qualified assembly SOPs; checkall the stations torque settings and key parameters daily; release the approved process flow and share internally1.2 Building: for the failures happened on line, promptly conduct FA and give solution; do DOEs for key parameters optimization on site to reduce the fail rate, also give CA action items based on FA outcomes; update the MIL daily and tracking; for thebottle neck stations which can’t meet the UPH, drive AME or other functional to improve or give solutions1.3 Post-build duties: organize and compile Yield Bridge, show the Top5 issues which impact the yield rate, keep focusing on them, give CA for tracking and implementation; work cross functionally to communicate with AME, HWTE, IE to re-layout;identify, prioritize the root cause with other sections based on FA result, give actions and drive that happen2. Communicate and report the build status, daily yield rate, daily process issue happened on line and short, long term solutions, and buyoff progress of pre-build to Apple EPM, TPM, HWTE, Quality in face to face conference or con-call meeting; keep closecooperation with EPM to work out the build plan for each stage based on UPH and key points

1. Work out tender documents for domestic and abroad projects and compile the proposal of product requirements; take part in its bidding activity.2. Technical introduction of most advanced overseas communication analysis devices and technical support, deal with operation issues and analysis; inquiry, translation for the product’s operation manual and brochure; HK office to deal with import matters and confirm the state of product arrivals. 3. Directly report to the Deputy of general manager on a regular basis.4. Organize the top international technical exchange conference yearly, HK and mainland cities; Regularly move to HK for the some equipments’ tests and exchange with foreigners.

1. Implement the iPhone production flowchart optimization, automation possibility evaluation and tolerance analysis 1.1 During engineering build, define, prepare and compile assembly SOP, part list, change list, track the fixtures readiness; provide AE layout, DOE validation and key parameters optimization, communicate cross functionally to improve the fixtures and materials, promptly feedback and push that to be carried out 1.2 Critical links with Apple PD, AME, TPM, introducing key assembly station processes and confirm AE fixture status and readiness for overall build lines management2 Be in charge of dealing with iPhone series issues from engineering build to MP, which is included but not limited: 2.1 According to the outcome of 3D checking, along with tolerance analysis in 2D drawings, if there is interference with fixture. Provide the proper DFM proposal to Apple PD if necessary. Check the critical dimension within FAI definition control. Furthermore, deal with line abnormal issues to let it run smoothly. Anyway, improve the yield rate till up to RAMP. Ingress test and DOE validation to improve the AE fixture’s mechanical parts and parameter settings. Additionally, provide the spec for AE paste precision 2.2 In association with Apple AME, improve the AE paste precision and yield rate by optimizing CCD capturing edge, processing and light source layout, modifying the parameters and algorithms; implement the DOE validation for the new machine, such as glue path, volume, gap control and curing time, etc. Also, attend the FA, MIL meeting with Apple; push the supplier to improve the materials with SQE3 In association with Apple TPM, be responsible for the CG removal fixture’s development from requirements, fixture’s movement, DOE parameters validation till mass production, where DOE includes heating materials’ type, heating parameters, heating time, rotating center and other validations.
