I learned to verbally interact with various types of people, even those who were unpleasant. This was one of the experiences that taught me the importance of processes to ensure consistent results.• Hospitality – My various leadership roles in restaurants and hotels have helped me refine my abilities to relate to individuals from all walks of life, to treat them respectfully, and to always bring a positive attitude to my work.
