I am Board Certified in Holistic Nursing, and a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Provider. I am skilled in life and health coaching, cardiac health promotion, bio energetic healing, biofeedback, and use of essential oils for clinical outcomes.I trained through the AHNA endorsed Linda Bark 60 hour certificate training in integral Health & Wellness Coaching. I successfully completed the Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification exam in the 1st year it was offered. I completed 35 hours with Dr. Delores Krieger in Therapeutic Touch and all 4 levels of Healing Touch Training with a 1 year mentorship. I trained for biofeedback through 40 hours classroom training and a 1 year mentorship. I received my Certification as a Clinical Aromatherapist through the AHNA endorsed Jane Buckle 60 hour course. I actively use all my training and skills in my private practice and in my part time Community Health Education RN position with the Summit Healthcare Medical Associates.
