About Dawn Mcclellan
In 2005, I discovered the wonderful benefits of Pilates and became a Certified Instructor. Having worked as a staff therapist and as a clinic director at numerous outpatient therapy clinics in the region, I became frustrated with the narrow focus on standard treatments and shortchanging of patients by multiple patient visits per hour. I created Evolution as an alternative to traditional physical therapy. Taking a more holistic approach to treatment and wellness, and combining that with one-on-one care I will deliver better and longer-lasting results.In 2018, we decided to create Evolve Body & Mind Studio as an all in one wellness refuge. I, along with my new business partner and Pilate Instructor, Tennille McClellan, wanted to move forward and expand the original wellness program from Evolution, with the creation of Evolve. At Evolve, we offer both mat and equipment Pilates, Barre, Bodhi, Bounce, Yoga and Tai Chi.
